With Christmas and New Year upon us if you have diabetes, or are close to someone who does, you might find it’s a time when you have to navigate your way through lots of different meals, parties and social events, while trying to keep your diabetes and a healthy, balanced diet on track.
There's no such thing as a diabetic diet or diabetic recipes – you can eat what everyone else eats, but it's better to try to make healthier choices if you can.
